I am a photographer living in Los Angeles, CA.
As mechanical engineer I am happier when in possession of a good camera and a great view.
My love of the outdoors makes for frequent forays into the Californian wilds, where I delight in the stunning vistas of Los Angeles Beaches, and the Pacific Coast.
My images of grasshoppers sparked my passion for macro photography. I sometimes took 1,000 pictures in a sitting, making sure the right grasshopper facial expression was captured.
I try to capture the beauty of a flying bird or a gorgeous sunset, while striving to capture the moment in time, as it will never happen again. My favorite hour is blue hour, especially the morning.
The name Blue Cloud comes from a picture I took in 1997. After sunset the high clouds were blue, while some lower ones were bright orange - it sparked a never ending quest to capture that moment in time.
Blue hour only lasts for 20 minutes and is sometimes unpredictable.
I have just started printing and selling my photos - a whole new experience. Hit me up if you want something I'll make it for you!
Thanks again for visiting the site! I hope you enjoy my photos and I encourage you reach out to me to connect on social media, or just send me an email to chat!
Have a great day!
